Erin louise torres
Violist. Educator. Musikvermitler. Originisation.
Erin is a former participant of the Feldkircher Masterclasses and after completing her artistic diploma studies at the Vorarlberger Landeskonservatorium in Feldkirch under Prof. Klaus Christa. She went on to continue her studies at Bern University of the Arts under Gertrud Weinnmeister. Erin’s previous experience comes from the cultural outreach work she did in her country, South Africa. She worked as an orchestral manager for the University of Cape Town Symphony Orchestra in Cape Town. Additionally, she is passionate about working as a violist and plays in many projects in the region and Switzerland. Erin is currently studying Master's degree specialising in Musikvermitlung and Program Management. In her free time, she works on different music community projects and has started creating Musikvermitlung projects in the region.
